New Iron Man 3 Trailer – Hulkbuster!

This new trailer is a definite nerd boner for all us Iron Man fans out there. Not only do we see the return of Don Cheadle as War Machine, Pepper Pots’ bra scene (that one’s for you boys), but we also get to see a whole team of Iron “Men” including… yep, the Hulkbuster suit!

Yeah, major nerd boner over here. This entry into the already great franchise definitely looks a little darker which a-ok in my books and well, I can’t say no to a good, old fashioned revenge flick!

Ok so I stole that revenge bit from a quote in the trailer. I don’t think this will be so much a revenge flick (although I’m sure the last 30 minutes will be), as it will be another hero’s journey – exploring the constant conflict that one must face with such responsibilities… or some such thing.

In the meantime enjoy this ass-kickery and let us know what you think.

    Cue the complains of army of Iron Men being too similar to Iron Man 2.

    I had to watch it at work without audio, but I’m guessing Stark is in control of all of those suits? Are they all part of the sentient armour thing, I wonder…

    It’s been speculated that this movie will explore the ‘Extremis’ storyline which involves Tony being able to control his armours and other technologies somewhat telepathically. That’s likely what we’re seeing in the trailer.

    Ah yes, I heard about that too. Definitely looks like that with him undergoing some kind of procedure. Though I assumed he could only control one at a time. That’s awesome if he can call upon an army of suits.
