Fringe Season 5 Poster [First Look]
Fringe has turned into a Friday night fan darling over at FOX. The sci-fi series managed to reach a ripe old age of 4 seasons (even with dismil ratings) and was then offered a 13-episode final season to wrap up the story as it was meant to be told.
Over the weekend FOX released the first look poster for the fifth and final season, and well… let the countdown begin!
The Observers have always been one of my favourite ongoing mysteries of Fringe! I for one find this poster for final season very promising! It appears from this lovely, tiny tidbit and my fangirl heart full of speculation, that this season will have a clear direction focusing on the Fringe team working to avert the the looming dystopia first seen in season four’s penultimate episode, “Letters of Transit”.
It’s going to be bittersweet, but a fifth and final season of Olivia (Anna Torv), Peter (Joshua Jackson), Walter (John Noble), Astrid (Jasika Nicole), Nina (Blair Brown), and the many other amazing characters that exist in both universes is one of my most anticipated fall shows!
Fringe returns September 28th with “Transilience Thought Unifier Model-11″.
