Featured Tournaments – Mario Kart 7 and Tetris DS Tournaments. Jarett Cale will make a return to re-defend his Tetris DS title!
- $5 admission, and $5 per tournament (Mario Kart 7 and Tetris DS Tournaments) Registration starts at 12:00 PM and ends at 1 PM, tournament will start around 1 – 1:30 PM. Event ends at 6 PM.
-Bring your DS’s and 3DS’s for Street Passes and DS Lan parties. There will be Tetris Attack Casuals/Tetris DS/Mario Kart 7 Casuals.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make sure you eat lunch before you come and take smoke breaks, washroom breaks before the tournaments start, we will be disqualifying people if they don’t report within 2 minutes of us calling their name.

Tournament Rules
Will be 4 Racers per round
1. The tournament brackets will be single elimination.
2. The 2 top players from each round will move on to the next round.
3. Tie breakers – players much choose a map in the same circuit they just raced in for the tie breaker.
Match Format – 4-player free-for-all Multi-player Racing mode (3-players in some cases if there are a odd number of participants, there may be byes if necessary.)

Additional rules
1. All characters may be played
2. If a player doesn’t show up on time for their match, they will be given a 2 minute grace period before it will go down as a forfeit.
3. In the case of a console/TV/Routing malfunction, the game will be restarted from the beginning, no matter what time it crashed.
4. Players must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner. Permanent ejection of a player from the tournament is at the staff’s discretion.
5. Spectators may not heckle or verbally abuse players. Breaking of this rule will result in ejection of the spectator, and in extreme cases, forfeit of the game. Cheering is encouraged, however.
6. Any intentional forfeiting or conspiring to manipulate the rankings/brackets will result in ejection.
7. Any other sign of cheating will also result in forfeit of the game.
8. Do not quit out of a game without the permission of your station’s referee. Unauthorized quitting before the game has ended results in an automatic forfeit.
9. Players’ chosen gamer tags, if used, must be of “good taste.”
10. Starting a game without the approval of a referee will result in restarting the game as well as a possible disqualification for failure to follow directions.
11. All decisions made by tournament officials are final and not subject to debate.
12. In the event that 2 people want to use the same character, rolling a die and getting the higher number, flip of a coin or rock/paper/scissors will determine who gets to choose that character.
13. Player will forfeit a race if they purposely pause or disconnect their 3DS from the race.
14. NO ONE can use the Maka Wuhu glitch shortcut or any other such shortcuts of similar type.

- Bring a copy of Tetris DS just in case (you should have one if you like the game

(BYOC) Bring your 3DS systems.There will be free play of Tetris DS, Mario kart 7 and Tetris Attack. We have available and other games if requested.
We reserve the right to change the rules if we see fit for the tournament.
Game will be free to play and practice for everyone before and after (and during if we have enough set ups) the tournament. Just take turns with whoever wants to play.
We reserve the right to cancel any tournament including if not enough people enter.
