Disney buys LucasFilm, Star Wars ep. 7 in 2015
So, Disney just dropped 4 BILLION dollars acquiring LucasFilm and promises to release a new Star Wars film every 2-3 years starting with Star Wars episode 7 in 2015.
I have mixed feelings about this. I don’t feel there needs to be more Star Wars movies but, at the same time, the franchise might get 100 times more awesome with Lucas out of the picture.
I’m excited to see what Disney will do with this franchise especially after they blew our faces off with the Marvel films.
